Amber teething necklaces
If upon arrival your piece is damaged please let us know through a message here within the first 48 hours of receiving your order. I will repair your purchase free of cost.
::After the first 48 hours of receiving your package I WILL NOT repair/replace your purchased item(s) (tracking info will be used to verify when your order was delivered at/in your box and this time and date will serve as the time you received your item)
::ALL SALES ARE FINAL I want you to be happy with your purchase however I am also running a small business and cannot be held responsible for items that break after wearing for any period of time.
Limitations
please do not allow your child to do any of the following with their teething necklace:
*NEVER leave your child unsupervised with their teething necklace!! for their safety and your peace of mind! these necklaces do pose a choking hazard for small children and should be worn with care and responsibility on the parents part.
*no sleeping with the teething necklace.
*do not allow your child to chew on the Baltic amber teething necklace. pain relief comes from wearing the piece against the skin. please choose a size short enough that your child cannot get the necklace into their mouth.
Blue moon Holistics will not be held responsible for any injury incurred during the wearing of our teething necklaces. PLEASE watch your children, for all of our peace of mind!
Meditation Mala
We here at blue Moon Holistics truly hope that our mediation malas bring peace to your everyday meditation practice! It's our sincerest honor to have been chosen to create this unique piece for you.
Each Mala has been inspected before shipping for quality. If upon receipt of your piece you discover a defect please notify us within 48 hours and we will work with you to find a repair solution that will be satisfactory.
we will NOT be responsible for repair of tassels on your mala or any other component after the first 48 hours
Shipping
please check the shipping address connected with your paypal account within the first 24 hours of placing your order. we ship directly to the paypal linked address and WILL NOT be held responsible for any orders not received due to an incorrect address we've received from you through paypal. If you discover that your shipping address needs to be changed please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order so that we can get it right! we really want you to receive your piece, love it and share that love with others! each package that we ship is sent through USPS with tracking added. this tracking number will be sent to the email address you have linked to your paypal account upon shipping out from us.
